University of Opole: 69 Years of Radio Sygnały

Starting today and continuing through Sunday, we are officially celebrating 69 years of Radio Sygnały, the student radio station of the University of Opole.

As every year, Radio Sygnały is joining the celebration with special broadcasts, contests, and prizes for listeners. The station has always prepared exciting opportunities for its audience, and this year will be no different.

Today at 2:00 p.m., an English-language broadcast co-hosted by OPOlink®’s Benjamin Golletz and Julia Wenzel will take place. The celebratory anniversary program (which will coincide also with the second birthday of OPOlink.pl) will feature a conversation about human relationships, topical music, and an opportunity for listeners to win a special prize.

We warmly invite everyone to listen throughout the event. It is a wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in hearing the Polish language, discovering student radio culture, or simply enjoying great music.

We would also like to sincerely thank Radio Sygnały for continuing to bring students and listeners together through creativity, music, and community spirit for nearly seven decades. We are also very proud to be a part of the journey. Happy 69th anniversary, Radio Sygnały!
