Yesterday, at the invitation of the Opole University of Technology’s International Relations Office, we took part in a memorable event organised as part of the international Erasmus+ Days initiative.
During the celebration, students representing ten countries (Albania, Cabo Verde, France, Greece, Italy, Kazakhstan, Mozambique, Portugal, Spain, and Turkey) showcased their cultures through presentations featuring e.g., famous places, music, food, and even memes. The event also included a voting section where participants could vote for other countries’ presentations and choose the ones they enjoyed the most, ending with a draw between the Portugal and Kazakhstan projects. We also had the opportunity to present our website and initiatives, which attracted noticeable interest from the audience.
Taking place in the Blue Auditorium, the event brought a lot of fun, warmth, and positive energy to the start of the winter semester in a new place. We are thankful for the opportunity to take part and hope this event will mark the beginning of a new and successful collaboration.
