The Band Of Endless Noise is an experimental psychodelic post-punk act formed in 2001 in Opole by a group of students coming from Racibórz, Poland. Their music blends many genres, using various instruments and synths.
Their self-titled debut album, featuring Anna Nacher and Marek Styczyński, was released in 2001. Later works include Riders on the Bikes (2005), The Blue Nun (2011), and a 2024 EP titled Bandwagon Spectacular. Though relatively underground, they are known in Poland’s experimental music scene, being appreciated by people like the late John Peel (1939 – 2004), a host of the United Kingdom’s BBC Radio 1.
We had the pleasure of speaking with the group just before their performance at the Opole Picnic of Science – a truly memorable experience.
